Kitchen Indulgence

Recently, I pampered myself and acquired a cast iron cookware piece. Ohh..lala...I'm now a proud owner of a Cherry Red 22cm (3.3L) Le Creuset round French oven. Joy! Apart from the reputation of Le Creuset for handcrafting the finest cast iron, the French certainly know how to make a 'sexy' cookware.



I christened my new kitchen gadget over the weekend with my own version of the Chicken Marengo with fettucini.
